A Peer Review Committee consisting of senior and well-experienced members of the Kerala History Conference is constituted for the scrutiny of research papers. The committee examines papers for authenticity, originality, and adherence to the Style Manual before recommending them for presentation and publication.

Style Manual
Those who submit research articles for consideration of presentation and publication should adhere to the rules laid down by the organization.
- Title Page: Full title, author name, full address, membership status with number, phone number, and email-ID.
- Formatting: Word-processed, size 12 font, Times New Roman, double spaced, one-inch margins. Page numbers on all pages.
- Citations: Use endnotes numbered in Arabic numerals (1, 2, 3…). Standard form of endnote/footnote system is to be followed.
- Originality: Papers must be original, connected with Kerala society/culture history, and contribute fresh knowledge.
- Plagiarism: Strictly avoided. The scholar is fully responsible for the information and opinions given.
- Editorial Rights: The Editorial Board, with the Peer Review Committee, has the right to scrutinize, edit, or reject papers for publication.
Price & Back Volumes
The price of the hard copy of the Journal is fixed at Rupees 500 and Rupees 250 for the soft copy in CD/DVD form.
The back volumes of the journal are sold with a discount of 10% to 30%. Back volumes of the Proceedings are available with the General Secretary of the Organization.
Copyright
The General Secretary of the Kerala History Conference is the publisher of the Journal and owns the copyright of the journal and articles published.
Scholars who wish to publish the same papers in other books or academic journals must seek the permission of the General Secretary for using the same data. The Executive Committee is responsible for any changes in the copyright provisions.
